1. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. BetterBoards is intended for people age 13 or older.

2. Connected services and saved content

You may connect services such as Pinterest and import content you are permitted to access. You retain responsibility for the links, notes, and other material you add. BetterBoards stores references and extracted text for your personal workspace; it does not grant rights to third-party content.

BetterBoards uses Pinterest’s official OAuth flow and API and does not scrape Pinterest pages. When Pinterest does not provide an outside Visit page through its API, you may add that publisher URL yourself. Publisher pages can change, disappear, block automatic reading, or provide incomplete information. BetterBoards may offer page capture on the outside publisher website, but it cannot guarantee that every saved page can be cleaned.

3. Annual subscription

The BetterBoards annual plan is $19.99 USD per year unless a different price or promotion is shown before checkout. The subscription renews automatically each year until canceled. Stripe processes payments; BetterBoards does not store complete card numbers.

You can cancel through Manage billing in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. Except where required by law, charges already processed are non-refundable. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review it.

4. Fair use

The annual plan is for ordinary personal use. You may not use BetterBoards to crawl services automatically, evade access controls, overload the service, resell access, distribute malware, or violate another service’s terms or applicable law.

5. Service changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. If a material change affects a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. We may suspend access needed to protect BetterBoards, other users, or connected services.

6. Warranty and liability

BetterBoards is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cleaned recipes, instructions, product details, and other extracted information should be checked against the original source, especially when safety, allergies, health, money, or construction is involved. To the extent permitted by law, BetterBoards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
